ORLANDO, FL
– In an effort to better serve it’s customers, Orlando International Airport now features "live" flight arrival and departure information on it’s web site.

Executive Director C.W. "Bill" Jennings commented: "As we enter the new millennium, we at the airport continue to look for ways to better serve the public through customer service and technology improvements. This new addition to our web site should provide one more convenience that our community and passengers have come to expect from this organization."

This addition to the web site was developed by the Marketing and Information Technology Departments for the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority in conjunction with DICE of America Inc., the company that provides the flight information for the airport’s Flight Information Display System (FIDS) at no monetary cost.

For ease of use, simply log on to http://www.state.fl.us/goaa. Use the Quick Jump key to "Flight Arrival Information" or "Flight Departure Information", or access the displays via the "Flights Menu" page. The displays are currently sorted by scheduled time of arrival or departure and the information updates every 10 minutes.

The web site has been operational since November 1995 and contains an abundance of information on the airport and it’s facilities.
